In fact, he knows more about grading and sorting loose diamonds and marking diamond rough for cutting than we do. He answered all our questions, and we even learned some things, which has not happened in a while. And he made shpping for a diamond a pleasant experience, one of the most important we look for. ========== Return Policies ========== Rating: Our Comments: They have a good 15-day return policy, which is longer than the 7-day standard you will find at a lot of internet companies. And we have found that they totally honor their word on the rare occasions a return is needed. They are actualy extremely good at figuring out exactly what you want and then finding it for you.
