I recently purchased an Antique engagement band at a shop in Delaware. They were showing me a 1.5 ct Radient stone, but it seemed to not be the right one, and smaller then what I wanted. I did some research online and found Union Diamond, and called the number. I spoke with Barbara and explained to her what I wanted, and that I was somewhat of a novice, and also was hesitant to purchase a diamond over the internet.Barbara took the time to explain to me that Union Diamond was reccomended by Forbes Magazine and that they were bonded and extremely reputable. She also explained to me in more detail what was important about buying a diamond and that the "mathematics" were very important. I listened as she explained why Depth and Table percentage were important, as well as the Girdle, Polish and other facts. When I told her what I wanted, she listened and found a stone for me, and at every step of the process she delivered on what she told me. I trusted her so much that I decided to buy the diamond from her and I had the Antique band that I bought in Delaware shipped to Union Diamond so it could be mounted. There was a problem with the mounting accepting the 1.7 ct diamond I bought, so she had it shipped to her contact in NY, and they mounted it and resolved the problem.Everything was delivered on time, she always called me back right away and her level of service was outstanding. There are literally thousands of places to buy diamonds, but I honestly feel as if I found the exact person to buy from. My fiance loves the ring and the diamond looks better every time we look at it.I would not hesitate to purchase from Barbara again, and have had her send me several business cards so that I can refer her to my friends, family and business associates. Couldn't be Happier
I was a little worried about spending such a large amount of money over the internet, but it turned out to be a great decision. I priced a GIA certified (F/VS1) three diamond (1.36 total weight)princess cut ring with Union Diamond. I then went around the St Louis area and looked at identical diamonds which were GIA certified and found the prices to be around 50% higher! I came back that day and order the the ring from Union Diamond. It is the most beautiful ring I have seen and we couldn't be happier with the purchase. I would highly reccomend checking out uniondiamond.com before making any purchase. Wayne and Tony were both extremely helpful and tell you the facts you need to know, unlike many places you will shop at.

Excellent service and fantastic prices
Spent three months searching for a diamond, in the process I learned more about diamonds then I ever wanted to. At the end I got a hold of Barbara at Union diamond and she baby stepped me threw everything. She even suggested a nicer diamond for less then the one I chose but the diamond she suggested was simply spectacular.
