After much research, decided to go with union diamond. Was apprehensive shopping online for diamond ring. However, it was a great experience. Lynn Smith helped me over the course of a few days to find just the right diamond and setting. She was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and called everyday with updates. I received the ring sooner than I expected and it is gorgeous! Would never have gotten such a beautiful ring at that price locally! Highly recommend buying from union diamond. Barbara was excellent and answered numerous questions in a professional and friendly manner, giving suggestions when appropriate.Ring delivered was nice and matched the description. I had the diamond independently appraised and there were no surprises. Due to the positive experience, I returned for a matching wedding band.Would recommend. Caution if you are considering one of their compeitiors (BN). Unprofessional service with no follow-through and possible misinformation in the attempt to get a sale.
