Very Satisfied Customer - Love my Ring!
I looked for the past 8 months for the right 25th anniversary ring in local jewlery stores all over. I knew what I wanted but the quality of the diamonds and prices they were asking just seemed out of line. So, I decided to look "on line" and Union Diamond was recommended to me. The whole experience was great and Barbara Palumbo helped me create the perfect ring with good quality beautiful diamonds at reasonable prices. She walked me through each step, was patient as well as educating me on choosing just the right stones. She also sent me amazing photos of the setting so I could see the progress and make sure it was what I wanted. I was an extremely demanding customer, having spent 3-4 months researching and price comparing diamond engagement rings with retailers on both the internet and the NYC Diamond District. Barbara at Union Diamond was extraordinarily patient and curteous throughout the entire process, answering my every question promptly and giving me unbiased advice. I even ended up exchanging my first diamond from Union Diamond for a slighly larger stone and sent the ring back for a free re-sizing. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the price and quality of my final purchase. Exceeded expectations
Union Diamond exceeded my expectations in every aspect of my purchase. Purchasing a ring is nerve racking to begin with, let alone purchasing a stone that you haven't seen. Tony at UD provided excellent service, I told him what I was looking for along with price range and he picked out a wonderful diamond. I had a setting that my fiancé loved, so we shipped to UD, they set it with the stone Tony chose, sized it and shipped it back within a business day at no extra cost. The best part of this is, is how many flattering comments she receives about the ring. We couldn't be happier with our purchase.

Excellent experience
I bought from Union Diamond after doing a significant amount of online research, and compared prices and service from Blue Nile, Mondera, and USAA. I found the best price for what I was looking for at Union Diamond, especially with the 3% discount if you pay by wire, which was pretty easy. The real advantage, though, is the personal service - I wasn't ready to buy online without having someone able to give me advice about the diamond, and Lynn Smith was outstanding in finding me what I wanted. When the stone I had initially mentioned wasn't available, she found a similar one initially priced about $200 higher and gave it to me for the same price. And the diamond was even better than I had expected when I received it. For the future, I'll definitely be a repeat buyer!
