Union Diamonds was an amazing help to my fiance and me in our quest to find the perfect ring and loose diamond. Their sales team was always helpful, friendly and polite. We mainly worked directly with Barbara Palumbo who always listened to what we wanted and helped in every way possible. She never tried to pressure us into a sales and was only satisifed with our purchase if we were. There is not enough praise that could be said for Union Diamonds. Their selection is amazing, easily accessible and quickly shipped and the quality of their product is top notch.

Union Diamond/ Jeff Helped Me Find the Perfect Diamond
Jeff Skelpsa did a great job w/ helping me find the perfect diamond for my girlfriend - i had been looking for months for a very difficult diamond at local stores & many internet sites - at least 1.2 carat, d color, internally flawless clarity, ideal cut, 1.0 length to width ratio w/ very good polish & symetry - i found it at union diamond - it also, helped that Jeff was very knowledgable and kept me informed during the whole process - it really helps that he is gia certified - he was great - i definetly recommend union diamond in the future - the nice gift box was a pleasant surprise as well - thank you

She also very helpful in answering many questions, providing us with her own personal recommendations, and choosing the actual diamond we purchased.The entire process went very smooth. Excellent Experience
Tony was very professional and helpful. Saved us hundreds over costs at a jewelry store we had been doing business with for 10 years. The only issue at all was that the rings had not been sodered together as we had expected but we just took care of that locally. Not a big deal. Would highly recommend doing business with again.

Fantastic, friendly, and caring
Union Diamond is fantastic and Barbara is the best! The type of setting I wanted was not listed on their website, but she went to the showroom and sent me a link to the most beautiful setting and arranged for it through other channels. She helped me find a diamond that went beyond my expectations for my budget. I even got to okay it as it was fedexed to me before making my final decision. They were never in hurry to rush me into anything, as I was very picky and particular. Barbara was always very patient with me. Even now, while Barbara is on maternity leave, she is contacting me to make sure I was happy. The bottom line is when it comes down to making a great diamond purchase and dealing with wonderful people (who you never see), you cannot beat Union Diamond! I cannot thank them enough!
