Worry Free
I received the ring last week, and I'm really pleased on how it turned out!!! The stone is excellent, with no flaws or imperfections visible to the eye, and the setting looks great also!!!! I'll be honest with you when I say that I was not overly comfortable ordering a ring of this value over the internet, especially not being able to see it first. Your personal opinions and excellent customer service put my worries to rest. Thanks for all that you have done, and I look forward to dealing with you in the future!

Exceptional Service from Union Diamond!
I was very skeptical about purchasing a 1.5 carat diamond over the internet. But, after shopping the local retail stores in depth and comparing the prices to what was offered via the internet I decided to take the chance and explore the possibiity more in depth, a 50% savings was just to much to walk away from. Throughout my research the skepticism remained, I was looking for just one excuse not to buy via the net. I continued to searched the net hard for the right jeweler. Finally I narrowed it down to Blue Nile and Union Diamond. After speaking with both, I starting leaning towards Union Diamond. Tony from Union Diamond was exceedingly cordial and very helpful. In fact, he helped me select a diamond that was a better value than what I had originally selected. I told him I needed to think it over and I wanted to check out Union Diamond through Atlanta'a Better Business Bureau too. He was in fact a registerd business in Atlanta with no prior complaints. I was close but still had not made the plunge. On my next discussion with Tony we talked about the possibility of a semi custom setting that we had found elsewhere. For Tony it was no problem and he could even deliver per my tight timetable. I decided to by the diamond. The diamond is everything he said it was and more. Thanks Tony! Patience over and beyond.....
....the call of duty. I have been stduying diamonds for years, waiting to buy one for myself. It was a highly intimidating task for me to complete, as I never felt confident enough to make a final decision. Price was important, but not as much as expertise and reputation. I got the Union Diamond name from this diamond review site, and noted its rating. Barbara responded, and I am so glad she did. She was JUST what I needed in terms of reassurance, expertise,and the ability to make even me feel confident about a huge purchase for me over the Internet. When my diamond arrived in my original setting, I almost fainted. It is absolutely the most beautiful stone, and I have had many a close call while driving. When the sun hits it, I am mesmerized; luckily it is not always sunny here in WI, or I would be in big trouble.
