Credit Card
Union Diamond is pleased to accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners and JCB. With the exception of customers paying in person at our showroom, we cannot accept foreign credit cards. The only exceptions to this rule are Canadian customers. You may however qualify to use your credit card via PayPal or Google Wallet.
All orders that are paid for with these methods will receive the regularly stated price. All credit card orders must be shipped to the billing address on file with the credit card company. If you would prefer to have your item shipped to your work or alternate address, it will need to be added as a ship address and be placed on file with your credit card provider prior to making your purchase.
Please make note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Stores that provide a mail stop or Package forwarding companies. All packages are shipped signature required and require the person who signs for the package to be over 18 years of age.
Financing
If you live in the USA, you may qualify for our consumer financing. To apply please contact a Union Diamond sales associate at 1-800-319-9155 and they will provide you with the necessary details and a credit application.
The financing process is easy and is available for a wide range of jewelry and custom items priced at $1,000 or above. If approved, you will be notified of the amount and payment terms that you have been approved for.
A contract will then be generated and emailed for you to e-sign. Once that takes place and we are notified of the contract being finalized, your order will be released for processing and shipping.

Google Wallet
We are pleased to be able to offer Google Wallet which allows our customers to shop with ease and security.
Google Wallet is a virtual wallet that securely stores your credit and debit cards, offers, and rewards cards. You can tap your phone to pay in-store using Google Wallet anywhere MasterCard? PayPass? is accepted. You can pay online by signing into your Google Wallet account.
Best of all, Google Wallet does not charge a fee to consumers to use Google Wallet in-store or online.
Look for the Google Wallet button at checkout. It's just that easy, and you can rest assured that your purchases are backed by Google's fraud protection policy.
Wire Transfer
In our efforts to give you, the consumer, the best possible prices, we suggest that our customers pay for their purchases via bank wire transfer. Those customers paying by wire transfer will receive a 3% discount from our regularly stated diamond prices. The discount applies solely to the loose diamond portion of any purchase.
Wire transfer is an extremely easy process and does not require any delay in shipment. We will simply email the complete wire instructions so you may have your bank wire the funds appropriately. Wire transfers are required for purchasing any items that are to be shipped internationally with some exceptions. Please ask if you have any questions.
Each wire transfer is routed through the United States Federal Reserve System making it an extremely safe way to pay for your purchase. It is subject to their regulatory and supervisory responsibilities and reporting requirement set forth in the United States of America Patriot Act.
