Domestic Shipping
Here at Union Diamond we are pleased to offer FedEx shipping directly to your door. Each piece is fully insured, and checked by our knowledgeable staff before being shipped to you. All shipments are sent insured and require an adult signature for delivery. The method of delivery is determined by the pre-tax total of your order, and shipping address. For items orders under $500 your items will be shipped FedEx Ground. Anything over $500 dollars is automatically updated to free 2-Day shipping. If you need your item faster, we can expedite your order for a small fee. If you require shipping to an APO, FPO, or DPO box your package will be shipped via USPS Registered Insured Mail. We do not, however, ship to PO Boxes, Freight Forwarders, and Mailbox Drop Locations.
All orders that are paid for with these methods will receive the regularly stated price. All credit card orders must be shipped to the billing address on file with the credit card company. If you would prefer to have your item shipped to your work or alternate address, it will need to be added as a ship address and be placed on file with your credit card provider prior to making your purchase.
For all custom design projects involving the purchase of a loose diamond, the stone will be shipped to the customer for approval before the project is begun. Once the stone is approved we will send a shipping label so that you can ship the diamond back to us for free.
What’s in the box?
All loose diamonds and jewelry items are delivered in one of our deluxe ‘Union Blue’ presentation boxes. Upon opening the lid, you will find your carefully packed item in either our blue jewel box or silk pouch, along with a sleeve containing your appraisal, invoice, and information about insuring your beautiful new purchase.
International Shipping
We are happy to ship to our customers overseas, however due to international regulations we are unable to ship to every country. If you are unsure if we ship to your country, please contact us. We would be glad to help you. All international orders are shipped FedEx International Priority and insured. You will be solely responsible for any forwarding fees assessed, import duties or taxes that are required by the country of import. Union Diamond collects duties and taxes from the customer and pays them on the customer’s behalf to the appropriate tax authority in the country of import. Most countries allow for the refund of duties and taxes collected directly to the customer if the item is returned. Under no circumstances is it the responsibility of Union Diamond to refund any taxes or duties. If you should have any questions, you should contact your country's customs and tax authority for clarification before ordering. International shipping and insurance rates will be added to the total sale after import tax and duty is added. Rates may be subject to change. Free shipping does not apply to any international order.
